I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Office Administration. Through the years I have enjoyed the “office world”, however, I have always had a passion for children. When my family moved to Omaha, it allowed me the chance to start my own in-home childcare. I am a licensed childcare provider and certified in CPR/First Aid. We have a smoke-free and pet-free home.

I strive to provide the children with a loving environment and hope they will feel at home here. As a family child care provider, my goal is to give each child quality time while providing the best care possible for everyone. With a safe and happy environment, each child will be encouraged to grow physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally at their own pace. Naturally, children are very curious and I believe play is an important learning tool. I make sure the children are exercising life skills such as: manners, honesty, sharing, kindness, friendship and respect.
Growing up, I have cared for the children of family and friends for over 16 years. In high school I volunteered as a mentor in the Big Pals ~ Little Pals program, then in college I worked with several families who had a child with various birth defects. Each year I attend several state approved childcare training’s, as well as maintaining my Pediatric CPR and First Aid certificates.
Early Learning Program
Each day the children are exposed to all sorts of learning experiences such as: story adventures, music and dance, numbers/counting, ABC’s, colors and shape recognition, puzzles/educational games, arts and crafts, as well as social development.
