I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Office Administration. Through the years I have enjoyed the “office world”, however, I have always had a passion for children. My family recently moved to Omaha allowing me the chance to start my own in-home childcare. I am a licensed childcare provider and certified in CPR/First Aid. We have a smoke-free and pet-free home.
Offering: part-time care and full-time care
Nearest schools Black Elk Elementary, Russell Middle School & Andersen Middle School
As a family child care provider, my goal is to give each child quality time while providing the best care possible for everyone. I strive to provide a safe and happy environment for each child that will encourage them to grow physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally at their own pace. Naturally, children are very curious and I believe play is an important learning tool. I strive to provide the children with a loving environment and hope they will feel at home here. I teach the children life skills such as: manners, honesty, sharing, kindness, friendship and respect.
I have cared for the children of family and friends for over 16 years and have been involved in summer youth programs. I am licensed with the State of Nebraska and certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid.
Early Learning Program
Each day the children are exposed to all sorts of learning experiences such as: story adventures, music and dance, numbers/counting, ABC’s, colors and shape recognition, puzzles/educational games, arts and crafts, as well as social development.
